I'm REALLY sorry Carl, as the solution was OBVIOUS:
You have not disconnected from the internet ! :-):
There may be a better way of doing this, but I am
using the KEYBOARD-EVENT Items to simulate the
required disconnect keystrokes in my ISP window.

This example assumes that your ISP window is named
"Connected to US Int", and that <ALT-D> (when entered
that window) will disconnect:

|Item:ISP Disconnect Type:True/False
Acc:User/User
|	Initial State:False Backup:No
|Item:KB:ALT Type:Keyboard-Event Acc:User/User
|	Initial State:(none) Backup:No
|	Window :Connected to US Int
|	Key :ALT
|	Vert Pos :0
|	Hor Pos :0
|Item:KB:D Type:Keyboard-Event
Acc:User/User
|	Initial State:(none) Backup:No
|	Window :Connected to US Int
|	Key :D
|	Vert Pos :0
|	Hor Pos :0

|Event:	ISP Disconnect Called ?:No
|	If Disconnect Is True
|	Then KB:ALT Set Down
|	Then KB:D Set Down/Up
|	Then KB:Alt Set Up
|	Then Disconnect Set False
|	End
