Is there a way to assign the contents of a file to a Text item or file type
item such that the Set/Char operator will work on the contents of that file
rather that the Path name of the file.
More specifically when I use the @ command to denote a file name I can
display/speak the contents of the file but when I use the Set/Char on the
Text Item that points to the file the operator works on that path name
rather than the contents of the file. ( as it probably should )
