Nevermind on that call request.
To all with the previously mentioned "problem" modems, please:
1) Press ctrl-x.
2) Reset the Phone-Interface-C Item in the Item editor (click "RESET").
3) Click "REC MSG" in the Messsage Screen (leave handset ON-hook).
4) Pickup handset, speak a few words, click "STOP", and hangup.
5) Press alt-x.
6) Email me ELG.TMP and please include ALL data on your modem.
If you don't still have the chip IDs, don't tear apart your
PC (I can retrieve them from your prior email :-).
