Hello patient modem testers :-):
I have uploaded ECSB.ZIP (click "BETA SOFTWARE"),
with modified logic for handset-recording.
Please test the following and report back (directly to MY email):

1) Handset record (click "REC MSG" in Message screen).
   Note: You will probably have to click BEFORE picking up the
   handset - this is a limitation of most of these newer modems.
2) Remote (phone-answer) record (I can call you for test if needed).
3) Playback thru speaker (set PHONE-RECORDING-C Item to PLAY).

Please include your modem make/model in the email.
Don't worry about any ctrl-x/elg.tmp dumps.
Hopefully, we are finally close to a solution.
