Mark,

Well, the TC makes an attempt to dim a light.
If you set one to 10% it looks to be about 85%.
Repeated sends of the 10% dim won't get it any
dimmer. There is no reponse in the 6381's when
to Light/A, although when they are set to Light
item instead of Light/A they will turn On and Off
correctly but will not dim.

When making a phone-c recording you are
prompted to "Pick up handset"., which seems
odd as I thought part of the whole problem
with these modems was they can't detect
a phone pick-up. Sometime after I've picked
it up the error mess "Recording aborted-
no pick-up" appears.
