Finally using 4.x ECST Adendum

Well, what I thought was a glitch on the first try is actually doing it again.
When I hit F5 after changing an item's name, I went to my windows machine to
write the question e-mail about the slowing down and when I went back to my
automation machine, it was back at the splash screen of ECS startup. Funny
thing was it was now version 3.x. Ok, I checked and I had forgotten to change
my autoexec to boot and start to the new directory of 4.x version. I fixed
that. Now when I did the same thing again, my machine is currently as we speak
restarting 4.x and counting through all the lines again. Isn't it supposed to
create a ecs.bin file and not have to count through every line again??? The
real problem is that it seems to crash when I do the F5 save of an item name
change. The funnier thing is that it is not seeming to fully reboot as I did
not see any drives get checked. Though I was not switched to monitor that
machine at the time. I checked my free memory from within ECS and it is showing
30 free. I assume that is 30k. Is that too little left available to run? Will
I need to stay 3.4 version until I can get together a windows capable
motherboard?
