I'm very sorry, but I made a dum mistake with that
last upload (which I have now corrected/uploaded).

IF YOU UPGRADED YESTERDAY:
       IF you have since created a new Item, please make sure
       that ECS will startup properly. If not, please email
       me your cfg and I will quickly correct/return it (CALL
       ME at 423-745-0026 if you need it immediately).
       
       Please download/unzip http://www.usit.com/omnip/ECSU.ZIP.
       NOTE: Do NOT download ECSU.ZIP, unless you have 1st properly
       upgraded with ECSL.ZIP (or you will be missing some files).
