Mark:

I tried using Dragon as you indicated but can not. The problem
seems to be with ECS. If I load Voice Session ECS loads VR.exe
If I close VR.exe ECS disables Voice Session. I can use Dragon to fill
in blanks in ECS so it is functional. I can even load Dragon while
VR is running but no matter what I do ECS does not seem to be
listening for commands from Dragon.

I didn't bother with using Dragon for text to speech. Yours is much
better.

Another Note the D.S.T. setup is incorrect. It sets D.S.T. just
fine but if ECS is reloaded say after a reboot of the Computer
it sets D.S.T. back to False. I made some changes to the Startup
program and was able to get around the problem. I think it would
have fixed itself after the Seventh of April.
