Subject: From: Date: | DST Question herronf.us.ibm.com Mon, 5 Apr 1999 11:32:34 -0400 |
I am running ECST ver 4,0. No error Message.
Sunday ECS had set itself ahead and all was well. I Re-booted ECS
yesterday and the following happened. When I went to the Group screen it
said: D.S.T. in Effect: False and the SUnset time was 6:44PM. It should
have been 7:44PM.
I am running the ECS Startup event, which came with ECS many years ago.
Looks like at Startup if it is before April 7th DST in effect is set False.
So I "think" I understand what happened, Question is why did this event
fail ? Was this modified in the past and I missed it? If I reboot today
the same thing would happen.
Before I go change the EVENT, there must be a reason it is what it is?
Thanks, Frank
