I'm Sorry, I will try to be clearer but its hard to be clear when you have
such a minute knowledge of what your talking about.

1. If I Install Voice-Session as a Item in ECS Then ECS Immediately loads
VR.exe And puts the VR program Box in the upper left hand corner of my
screen. I can then use Voice Session as It is intended.

2. If I then load Dragon it loads and can be used to dictate text into the
dragon window. If I open another program say WordPad I can also dictate
directly into wordPad. If I select (click on) ECS I can type into the active
window. For instance if I open ECS, Choose Create an Item, Choose
Voice-Command, and Click on the command Box. I could type in the command
like normal or since that is now the active box I can speak and Dragon will
type in the Command Box.

3. If I enable Voice-Session as set forth in 1 above VR.exe is automatically
loaded. If I then Put Voice-Session into a Group Window in ECS it shows the
state of Voice Session. If I then close the VR program box the state of
Voice-Session in the Voice-Session Box (as a Item in a Group Window) Changes
to Disabled.

4. Since I am so weak in my knowledge of ECS I'm not sure what this means
but I assume that ECS is now not available for any type of voice command.

5. It seems to me that ECS is tying itself directly to VR.exe and does not
recognise that another speech to text program (Dragon) is running.

6. I'm sorry that I can't be clearer about this I just don't have the
background needed to be more specific.

7. It seems to me that when Voice-Session is added as an interface to ECS
that it
starts looking for a command with the first command being Attention. It
looks to
VR.exe for that command. It does not seem to look for any and all SAPI
compliant
programs such as Dragon. If I close the VR box then ECS disables the Voice-
Session and quits looking for voice commands.
