Yes Vr.exe runs fine on its own and it wort\ks fine with ECS
There arn't any problems with the programs when run the way
you set them up. My only problem is with getting ECS to
recognize speech from Dragon. Each and every program ECS, VR,
and Dragon run fine as stand alone programs.

By the way the DST problem is not in in the time Event its in the Startup
Event.
The problem will go away on the 7th of April. I changed my startup to stay
in DST
if DST is true (as it became on Sunday at 2:00 and its April. Not very fancy
but it works.
