Jerry,
Up until the last revision I could only turn lights
On or Off with my TC+ and ECS 4.0.
Now it has full X-10 function including direct
dimming, (Light/B item). If you're running the
latest version the only possible difference may
be the SET ECS_PLC_IFC_2G_Model=0
that I have in my autoexec.bat, although
Mark had me try that some time ago and I
doubt it's a factor now. Might give it a try.
