Robert/all, if you click "ECSL.ZIP" (under "ECS-LITE DOWNLOAD
PROCEDURE"), it should download fine. Note that ECSU.ZIP
("ECS UPDATES") has been deleted (for now), as I wanted
to make SURE that everyone got the new icon files, etc.
