Hello all,
Does anyone happen to have a STAND-ALONE SETUP
program for IE4 or IE5 ? MS htmls that doc the
Speech-Recognition software MUST have IE4 or
later. Of course, the "smart"/partial IE4SETUP.EXE
will not install on my PC. I need ALL the files.

I tried to install IE4 for WIN 3.1, but it says
that IE4 is "already installed". For some reason,
I have no uninstall entry for IE4. So I purged
every file and registry entry that I could think of.
SOMETHING still says that it is "installed". Perhaps
one of you will know what elese I need to do here.
