RE: [ECS] Local DTMF ?

Hello all,

Is the MLM-2X supported by ECS? According to ECS homepage only the 4X and
8X are (which are MUCH more pricey). The Call Editor RSA is much cheaper
than the 2X -- is it as capable (does it have all the same features)?

To set up these devices to monitor all phones (extensions) in the house, do
you have to have all extensions wired THROUGH either of these devices, or
can you just plug them in any telephone plug (outlet)?
