Hi Steve, The 2X is listed in my page (www.usit.com/omnip). Is that the one you are looking at ? All phones must be fed thru the MLM (at some point). The RSA is only supported (by ECS) for Caller-ID, though you could probably talk to it "directly" via Events if you wanted to do more (I could give you some pointers on how to do this).
