Subject: From: Date: | A couple more bugs Mark Sekelsky Sun, 16 May 1999 19:57:20 -0500 |
Mark,
I just loaded/ran the most recent beta version. The Redac is now fine and
VR does initiate. Problems now are:
There are two ways to do something with VR. With one ECS requires me to
begin a command with my defined "initiate" command (in my case "Computer").
The other is to simply speak a defined phrase. If I begin a session with
the initiate phrase all is well. For my items that do not require me to
initiate the item is NOT set to true by ECS and hence not executed. At the
end of this message I will attach the items/event lines for an item I cannot
execute (the text does appear in the VR window). Note that this example is
from my OLD ecs.cfg so the Voice-session item has the old look to it.
I have several text items that are actually files that ECS is to read.
Example readthis.txt. My text item is then setup as
@c:\ecs\readthis.txt
ECS executes this by reading the phrase "@c:\ecs\readthis.txt" rather than
looking a the file and reading it.
