Peter,
For a test, try entering this command in a DOS session
prior to running ECS (from that session):
SET ECS_ADPCM_REV=1
If this fixes it, place this command in \AUTOEXEC.BAT.
Regarding the record-volume problem, I can only
suspect your phone. Does it record at low-volume
on remote calls ?
