Mark,
Regarding the "insertion point issue." I did a little more playing around.
It *seems* (I stress seems as the problem does not occur 100% of the time)
that it is only an issue on events longer than around 35-50 lines.
Since we are in beta and I can wish :), how big of a deal would it be to
make ECS compliant with the Windows standards for cut/paste/copy with
shortcut keys (Ctrl X,Y and C respectively)? I have been doing event
changes and I can't tell you how many times I have automatically used the
keyboard for editing only to not get the normal (Windows) expected results.
I *do* have several bitmaps of my screen though!

I have seen many problems with the event editor's handling of where I'm
trying
to insert text. It's by far my biggest current gripe with ECS, I just
haven't
taken the time to document and report it yet. It never inserts where I
want, it
doesn't tab to the next field half the time, and sometimes it just ignores
what
I enter and instead leaves "{op}" in there.
I'm not on the beta yet, too busy with work and spring right now. If I can
get
out of work on time tonight, maybe I'll get a chance to document exactly
what
isn't working for me.
