There is ONE thing that would cause this - If ECS cannot open the
file, it just speaks the file name. Are we SURE that the file
exists, and has not been opened by another program ?

I assume that if you train with the phone, that it will work
with the WAVE card, but I haven't had time to try this out.
Note that sensitivity adjustments may be required.

You must have an event which sets REMOTE-PHONE-SESSION
to REMOTE-PHONE-BUTTON, AND a VOICE-SESSION Item which
specifies REMOTE-PHONE as the "Session".
