Subject: From: Date: | ECS falling a sleep Michael J. Hughes Thu, 6 Aug 1998 13:26:55 -0400 (EDT) |
I'm still having a problem getting ECS to work properly since I upgraded to
Windows95. It seems to fall a sleep. It is constantly falling behind time wise
and therefore not issuing x-10 commands at the proper time. I have it set
up so that the computer boots up into dos and then loads ECST. I have checked
the counters and that doesn't seem to be the problem. I basically stripped
down my ECS.CFG to just basic stuff. This same config file use to work
fine before upgrading to Windows95. Also some times when I do a local phone
session it takes a couple of presses of the # key to wake up ECS(using the
Bigmouth card). If anybody is using the same basic set as me and could offer
some help it would be appreciated.
