I have uploaded ECSU.ZIP with the following changes:

1) A bug has been fixed in the EVENT-TRACE logic.

2) A bug has been corrected which prevented PHONE-INTERFACE-C
   from being RESET properly after being set to DISCONNECTED.
   This effected WEB PAGE DOWNLOADS and PAGING.

3) "RECORD LOCAL MSG" (PHONE-INTERFACE-C State) has been renamed
    to "RECORD/W LOCAL MSG"
