ECS Beta error

Mark,

First and foremost, thanks for the fix with TTS and phone calls, it works
great. Secondly I have two new problems for you. Create an item such as
this:

|Item:MSG: Shutting down Type:Text
Acc:User/User
|	Initial State:(none) Backup:No
|	Text :\vol=22000\ Shutting down the house now. \vol=65000\

Note that you *want* the vol parameters in this. When you "speak" this
message you receive the error: Error: AVIFO:FILEREAD (ITM_DLG_PRC)

Secondly I have a problem playing phone messages. I play messages by
setting an appliance type item to "on." When my event sees that this item
is "on" it sets my speak-messages (named "Play Messages") item to "play."
The event looks like this:

|Event:	Play Ph. Ms. Local Called ?:No
|	;This event will play all or new messages over the speakers.
|
|
|	If Phone: Play All Is Off
|	And Phone: Play New Is Off
|	Then ECS: Event exit Set True
|
|	BEGINIF Phone: Play All Is Now On
|	Then Play messages Set Play->VC
|	Then Phone: Play All Set Off
|	ENDIF

ECS will "speak" the text messages within ecs.log but it does NOT play any
phone messages. To play phone messages I must open the message log and
click on the phone message.
