Yes there is, you are just not sending an "email," You would send it to,
for example:
alt.homeautomation;comp.systems.ibm;alt.starwars
Note the semi colon between the newsgroups. You may or may not need the
semi colons (or something else) it depends upon your software. You
generally would NOT use you email program since that will be setup to send
the message to your POP server not the news server. Using your newsreader
you should be able to send to multiple groups.
