I *think* it was Reddy Biggs, I am not at home to check my message log.
If it was Reddy, he is out of town for a bit, so it may take him a few
days to confirm this or get an ETA back to you.  I think he mentioned
updating the review he did a few years ago for Jeff's HA newletter.
