You probably want both ecsb.zip and ecsu.zip  ecsb.zip was the most current
a couple of days ago and ecsu.zip contains a recent small update. Don't
forget that 4.1 has a new authorization code.

I've missed all of the recent updates. Can I simply download ECSU.ZIP to
upgrade
to 4.1 or are there intermediate steps I need to follow.
