I am currently uploading ECSUUP.ZIP with the changes below.
Please don't hold back with any suggestions - NOW's the time :-).

    36)	The PCREMOTE IR transmitter is now supported via new Item Types
	IR-INTERFACE-1D & IR-SIGNAL-D.

    37)	A new Type (PHONE-MESSAGE-FILES) holds the name of the files
	(recordings) associated with the last logged phone message.

    38)	ECS now saves the following files after recording/logging a
	phone message (for possible emailing or other uses):
		LM.RPC		Recording in modem format
		LM.WAV		Recording in WAVE format
		LMCID.TXT	Holds CID info in format {number}:{name}

    39)	A batch file (LMEMAIL.BAT) is now included for use in emailing
	phone messages as email attachments. See EXAMPLE.CFG for details.

    40)	RASDIAL.EXE (freeware) program is now included for use in
	disconnecting from the Internet (used in LMEMAIL.BAT).

    41)	A new State (ACKNOWLEDGE) is now supported for the
NEW-PHONE-MESSAGES
	Type: If set to this State, the last unplayed phone message will be
	set to "played" status. This can be useful if you are emailing your
	phone-messages and don't want to hear them again later.
