Mark,
I can't re-create this problem.
Please:
1) Run VR with "VR /D3".
2) Run ECS
3) pRESS CTRL-T
4) Reproduce problem
5) Email me ELG.TMP, VR.TMP, & ECS.CFG (zipped).
