Re: [ECS] 4.1 upload

Mark,

Think we're getting "wrapped around the axle post" here.... I don't
have any current complaints or errors to report for ECS 4.1.

I was simply making an observation that I did not see any change in
state of Speak-Messages Item when a message was being played back.

However, the event I wrote, which tests for "Busy/VC" state, seems to
work controlling the intercom switch.

I also made the observation, that I could not hear a message if I
elected from ECS Message screen to have it played back (therefore not
using Speak-Message type) but I REALLY don't care about that.  I don't
EVER play messages by sitting at the ECS console and twiddling my
mouse. However, some user might want that message playback to react the
same as setting "speak-messages" type item to "play" state. If you say
no, then so be it, I don't really care.

Let me know if you want my .CFG file.

See entries in your message (below) for replies:

You already have my .CFG file (sent it to you for 4.1 conversion) unless
you erased it.

Nope, it's a real Item with a type of Speak-Messages:

Item:Speak-Messages Type:Speak-Messages Acc:User/User
   Initial State:None Backup:No

Yes, it does and that seems to work just fine. At least, I can't find
any instance where it doesn't work.
