Subject: From: Date: | Re: [ECS] EVENT Calling Mark Gilmore Fri, 04 Jun 1999 05:41:49 -0700 |
ECS 3.3 Development History 03/11/98
278) ECS now buffers outgoing IR-Signals for IR-Interface-2B and
IR-Interface-2C. This keeps ECS from becoming non-responsive
when a lot of signals are being transmitted (as might be the
case when setting up for a VCR recording). ECS will transmit
up to 5 signals from the FIFO each Event-pass. This number
may be adjusted by placing the following line in \AUTOEXEC.BAT:
SET ECS_IR_TX_Q={d}
where {d} is the desired count. To disable buffering, specify 0.
The FIFO is cleard whenever the IR-Interface Item is reset.
