Subject: From: Date: | HELP!! Central AC causing noise? hutchins.ta.pg.com Mon, 7 Jun 1999 11:04:59 -0400 |
I need some help. I have had my system (HV-PC - ECS - many
receivers/transmitters) set up since Christmas and the only problem I had was if
the furnace fan was on I couldn't control a certain circuit. This wasn't a major
problem and I've been considering putting a filter inline(any suggestions?). Now
however w/ the central AC running my house seems to have gone crazy and the wife
ain't happy at all!!!
I have lights from different circuits going on and off all night, the doorbell
chimes at random day and night and fans are turning themselves on and off.
I assume that this is due to noise from the AC compressor. Is there an inline
filter of some sort that would work with the compressor? Or am I off base and
something else is going on?
Thanks in advance,
Tom
