Subject: From: Date: | RE: [ECS] ECSW & Win98 Mark Sekelsky Sun, 9 Aug 1998 07:12:44 -0500 |
I have found no advantage with ECS other than W98 is considerably more
stable than W95 (on my main machine) so I fell "Safer" with it.
Additionally for me I had a conflict with BIOS/WW95/UDMA/ZIP that trashed my
floppy drive that W98 does not have.
The best "improvement" is the stability (IMHO). My main machine would crash
all the time and now I honestly can't even remember the last crash I had,
although I still get an occasional Illegal Error.

Hello Mark,
How do you like Win 98? Any advantages with ECSW? I wonder what a
fellow ECS user thinks are the best improvements?
Thanks
