In ECS.DT, you will find these lines:
IR2B-2 TX Hdr (3-4) :21 87
IR2B-2 RX Hdr (2-6) :2a 96 79 21 0f
IR2B-3 TX Hdr (3-4) :87 04
IR2B-3 RX Hdr (2-14) :2a 78 3c 0e 0f 03 06 e1 38 0c 2d 01 00
IF yours differ from these, find a procedure which
will dependably replicate the problem (for testing).
Then change your ECS.DT lines to match the above
and re-test.
