For those playing announcments thru a PBX,
modify the VRA/VRN commands in PHNC0.SET as follows:
	AT#VRA=10
	AT#VRN=10
This will lessen the time (to 1 second) that the
modem waits before dialing. I don't think it will
have any effect on placing normal calls, but it
wouldn't hurt to test it to make sure.
