I have fixed a bug related to #57 below (thanks Carl),
and have uploaded the fix to ECSB.ZIP.
This only applies to those using SR.CMD.

    57)	Those who wish to have SR recognize only a fixed/limited set
	of commands may now defined those commands in SR.CMD. When this
	file exists, SR.EXE will load them at startup, and ECS will
	suppress automatic command loading.
