Are you sure your text editor isn't adding an extension to the file name you
save to? (eg: saving file.txt as file.txt.txt)

Subject: [ECS] Log File
I have various things being logged based upon I believe Garnet Bailey's
logging routines. I have discovered a problem when I use an editor to look
at a file and delete a line and save the file.
ECS will not write to the file any longer (append to the file) after I have
edited and saved the file. I do not see any characters in the file,
however, something is causing no further appends to that file from ECS and
I have to delete the file and let ECS create a new file.
Any suggestions.......
Gary
