strange... when i run "arp -a" i get something like:

Interface: 199.72.66.4
  Internet Address      Physical Address      Type
  199.72.66.2           00-60-70-35-b2-60     dynamic
  199.72.66.25          00-40-33-35-c2-d7     dynamic
...

199.72.66.4 is my static IP address... 199.72.66.2 is my upstream router, etc... do
you not get the "Interface:" line on a dial-up?

did i happen to mention how much the TCP/IP stack in windows blows... <G>
