Ryan,
Just for the 2c ents dept:
In a very quiet household that setup will work fine.
In any other I've personally found that the mics
need to be close proximity and only on when needed,
or the fasle triggers etc.will make you crazy.
If you are determined try HomeVoice, possibly
front-ending ECS.
