Hi Mark!
I am trying to use a .wav file for a phone answer item, and I am having
problems:
Here's all the pertinent info:
ECS version: 4.1.002 (according to ECS.HTM)
Relevant Items:
|Item:Generic Answer Type:Phone-Answer
Acc:Owner/Owner
| Initial State:(none) Backup:No
| Message Item :Generic Greeting
| Default Rec ?:Yes
|Item:Generic Greeting Type:Voice-Recording-C
Acc:Owner/Owner
| Initial State:(none) Backup:No
| File :GenericGreeting.WAV
*Note: "GenericGreeting.WAV does exist, and can be played from the item page
by clicking the "Play" Button
Relevant Event lines:
| If Phone Rings Is GE Now Answer Ring Count
| Do Generic Answer Set Answer
Description:
When the state of Generic Answer is set to "Answer", I get the error message
below, and the GenericGreeting recording is not played through
Phone-Interface-C.
Error Message(s):
1:31:45 Converting TTS.WAV to SQPC0.RPC
1:31:45 Conversion Complete
1:31:45 ERROR:File "SQPC0.RPC" does not exist (Item "Generic Answer")
