Many thanks to all for your extensive feedback concerning the
ECS installation problems. I have renamed INSTALL to SETUP
and SETUP to SETTINGS, and will soon change SETUP (formerly
INSTALL) to support a long install directory name.

If you have not already done so, do NOT download /ecsbeta/x.zip,
as I found a bug last night (phone messages don't play in the
Message Screen).

I killed the right/left-arrow mod, as it was just TOO much
of a pain to switch btw up/down-arrows and tab/shft-tab keys
when moving around (W95 convention or not).
