Hi All-

This weekend I'm in the process of converting my ECS 3.4 DOS machine to
Windows running version 4.

So far, so good. I do have some TTS questions however. I am using the "Mike"
engine installed by the Microsoft install, and trying some of the Speech
Engine Control Tags (as defined in the manual).

First, a caveat from the manual. It states "YOUR SPEECH ENGINE MAY NOT
SUPPORT ALL OF THESE TAGS". How does one tell? I'm using the speech engine
installed by MSTTSL.EXE.

The \CHR tag doesn't seem to do anything for me. Should it?
