Hi Mark!

I'm having a problem with ECS 4.1.005 Beta and playing back phone messages.
When I double click on any message in the log screen, the .wav file will not
play.  However, the .wav file itself is always fine.

Here's the dump from elg.tmp:

BTW, I have always received the "GetVol:This function is not supported"
message when setting the state of voice-interface c to any level.  This is
why I still need to use the TTS control tags to set the level of TTS output.
