Using the new 4.1.005, clicking HELP causes the entire
ECS.HTM to be reloaded every time. This is expected
on the 1st click, but is a pain on subsequent clicks.
Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can get the
browser to move to a diff location in ECS.HTM withOUT
reloading it ? Tanx
