Hi Mark!

I'm having a couple of little problems with the latest update:

1) LMCID.TXT is still not picking up the caller-id info;

2) Phone-interface-c is not hanging up after executing a phone-call-item.
This worked fine until this release.

By the way, I noticed that keyboard entry in the group page no longer gets
bogged down when an unknown item is entered (because of a typo).  Thanks for
changing that, it was a bit annoying.  Especially for people like me who
can't type. :)
