I just checked my lmcid.txt file and it is holding the info for the last
caller.

I can't find any problem with LMCID.TXT.
Is it being updated at all (check time of creation after phone-call).
If so, is ECS overwriting it with "?:?" ?
Are we sure that the received call was known (not private or blocked) ?
Send me your call string.
