Frank,
DISPLAY is no longer supported for FILE Items.
One way to display a file under Win is to create
a TEXT Item holding "TYPE {filename}", and set
it to EXECUTE. The file will then be displayed
in the ECS "console" Window.
A better option is to create such an Item with
"START {filename}" and set it to EXECUTE.
If the file extension is ".TXT", then windows
will display the file using NOTEPAD or EXPLORER
(per your Win "FILE TYPES" setup).
