Hi Mark! Sorry - I didn't realize you were waiting on more info from me. There's not much in pr.txt that is relevant to this particular problem, since there is no ECS error message, and no item-type involved. The problem is that LMCID.TXT is not picking up the caller-id info. Rather, it always shows "?:?". Upon further inspection, I just noticed that the file is actually not being updated. ECS/Postie has sent several phone messages over the last few days, but LMCID.TXT has not been updated since 8/12/99. A reminder: I am using CID-D. Would it help to give you a dump from debug mode 1?
