I use a DPDT Relay with the points connected to Phone Intf C, Zoom Modem.  NC
points connect to one tel line.  NO points connect to second phone line.  Have
Ring Detector for second phone line, conn to ECS on a digital input.  If ECS
sees line 2 ringing he picks the "CID Relay" for a couple seconds.  Works
great!!  This also allows ECS to differentiate which phone line is ringing for
logging purposes etc...
