Hi Dennis,
The fastest would be the CPU-XA (using it's internal programming)
and SECU-16 or SECU-16I. You should get a response of 1-2 seconds,
the bottleneck being the transmission of the TWO required X-10 commands
(unit-selection and function).
ECS (using the CPU-XA) would be almost as fast (you probably
couldn't tell the difference).
