Thanks to some GREAT diagnostic work by Doug Storey,
we have discovered/corrected a bug in the new
Event-processing logic: ECS would "appear" to lockup
if an Event executed an EXIT within a BEGINIF or
WHILE block. I am now uploading the fix.
